3380946 - RSUSR070: Selections for language keys display the short description in the logon language.

You are using the report RSUSR070 to check the short descriptions of roles. Selections with a language key other than the logon language still display the role descriptions in the logon language.
The expected output is to get the short descriptions of the role according to the language key selection.
