Symptom
Customers using Job Description Manager (JDM) or Center of Capabilities (CoC) can no longer find Manage Competencies or Manage Center of Capabilities.

Reproducing the Issue
- Log in to system
- Attempt to navigate to Admin Center > Manage Competencies or Manage Center of Capabilities
- These options can no longer be found
- Notice Talent Intelligence Hub has been enabled
Cause
Expected behavior
Resolution
Please follow the steps in Using Talent Intelligence Hub - Permissions Required for Using Talent Intelligence Hub to enable permissions for Talent Intelligence Hub. The upgrade cannot be reverted.
Customer admins are notified via email approximately a month or two in advance of the migration so preparation actions can be taken. A sample of the email is below:
