3380993 - 'Manage Competencies' Or 'Manage Center of Capabilities' Is No Longer Available

Symptom

Customers using Job Description Manager (JDM) or Center of Capabilities (CoC) can no longer find Manage Competencies or Manage Center of Capabilities.

Reproducing the Issue

Log in to system
Attempt to navigate to Admin Center > Manage Competencies or Manage Center of Capabilities
These options can no longer be found
Notice Talent Intelligence Hub has been enabled

Cause

Expected behavior

Resolution

Please follow the steps in Using Talent Intelligence Hub - Permissions Required for Using Talent Intelligence Hub to enable permissions for Talent Intelligence Hub. The upgrade cannot be reverted.

Customer admins are notified via email approximately a month or two in advance of the migration so preparation actions can be taken. A sample of the email is below:
