3381002 - When a manager adds a student to a class via 'My Team - Register/Withdraw Employees', the Error "Error message = addStudents()" is thrown

When the manager attempts to register or withdraw an user for a class via 'My Team - Register/Withdraw Employees', a validation error is thrown.

Error message = addStudents()

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Go to Learning >
2. Go to My Team >
3. In the Manager Links’ tile click on ‘Register/Withdraw Employees’ >
4. Select ‘Register Employees’ >
5. In the ‘Class’ section click in ‘Add’ and select the desired class >
6. In the ‘Employee’ section click in ‘Add’ and select the desired user >
7. Click in ‘Continue’ >
8. Click in ‘Register Employee’ >
9. Face the error.

This error has been known to be thrown when a email address is not specified at either the user level or the Global Application Settings level 

Ensure that in the Global Application Settings (Learning Administration > System Administration > Configuration > Global Application Settings > Mail), the 'Application Notification Admin Email' and 'Application Notification User Email' is populated and valid.
