Symptom

The below buttons are not available in External Career Site powered by CSB:

  • Refer friend to Job
  • Email Job to friend
  • Save Job

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing

Cause

Refer friend to Job is an Internal Career Site button only.

Email Job to friend and Save Job buttons will not be supported in the RMK Site by design.

Resolution

If you wish to have the Email Job to friend and Save Job buttons supported in the RMK site, you can submit an enhancement request idea, which Product team will be reviewing your business case.
