Symptom

Can additional roles be incorporated into the Maintain Signatures > Signature for Template option? 

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login in the instance
  2. Go to Maintain Onboarding and Offboarding Document Templates
  3. Click in the icon "Maintain Signatures"
  4. The pop-up "Signatures for Template Contract (US English)" will be shown
  5. There is only two options: Onboardee and Manager

Cause

The signature for templates option was design to have only the two roles: Onboardee and Manager. 

Resolution

For while is not possible to customize the roles in the "Signature for templates". Is possible submit an Enhancement Request in the Customer Influence site: Customer Influence
