3381142 - Error "Please provide valid mailbox credentials for this user" While Trying to Install Server Side Integration

• Error "Exchange operation failed: "Please provide valid mailbox credentials for this user" when trying to install server side add-in in Groupware Admin Settings.
• In Groupware user settings the end user can see the error "There were problems getting information about your mailbox".

• SAP Service Cloud v2
• SAP Sales Cloud v2

One possible cause for this is that there is a mismatch regarding the email address of the user when comparing groupware user settings and groupware (admin) settings.

1. Go to Groupware (admin) settings.
2. Navigate to Users tab.
3. Open affected user.
4. In the email field maintain the correct email address.
5. Save.
6. Then ask the affected user to open the left menu and go to Groupware User Settings.
7. Click on Email configuration.
8. Select the e-mail access type and check if the error is solved there.
9. After that, the administrator can install the outlook server side add-in for the user.
