Symptom

How to enable the favorites service to a business role?

Environment

  • SAP Service Cloud v2
  • SAP Sales Cloud v2

Resolution

  1. Click on the profile icon.
  2. Choose Settings.
  3. Navigate to All Settings.
  4. Go to Business role view.
  5. Open the business role.
  6. Under business services search for sap.crm.service.favoriteService and make sure it is added.
  7. If it is not added yet click on +, enable the service and click on Add button.
  8. Under app list section search for favorite and enable 'Favorite' app.
