3381179 - Hide if logon error in SM59 transaction

Symptom

This feature is part of is part of the security fix described in the SAP Note 3089413 - [CVE-2023-0014] Capture-replay vulnerability in SAP NetWeaver AS for ABAP and ABAP Platform.

If the "Hide if logon error" option is not checked in the "Login & Security" tab of transaction SM59, a logon screen will appear if the logon through the destination is unsuccessful.

For example: if an end user runs an "Authorization Test" with wrong credentials, instead of a logon error, a logon screen will be called for another logon attempt.
