3381194 - Authorization issues in enterprise projects related apps after CE2308 upgrade

After CE2308 upgrade, authorization issues occur in some enterprise projects related apps.
The sample behaviors are:

1. End user could not get any project in app "Project Budget Report" or "Project Control - Enterprise Projects".
2. End user could not copy a project in ap "Project Control - Enterprise Projects".
3. End user could not create new WBS element in "Project Planning".

SAP S/4HANA Cloud 2308 and above.

A new authorization object S4PPM_PR1 has been introduced in S/4HANA Cloud 2308 release.

The reason for the authorization issues is in the role assigned to this user, the access categories for 'Write, Read and Value Help' is maintained as 'Restricted' but restriction type S4PPM_PR1 is not maintained.

Maintain relevant values or make it unrestricted in S4PPM_PR1.
