There is a requirement to schedule a program to run from Day 1 to Day 15 with a specific variant.
The same program needs to be scheduled to run from Day 16 to the last day of the month, using a different variant.
In other words, the scheduled job needs to be run as per below frequency:
Job1: From 1st to 15th (Every Month)
Job2: From 16th to 31st (Every Month)
