Symptom
Despite resolving all the issues identified by the check tool, the Talent Intelligence Hub migration failed with an error:
Error occurred. External Module Check Failed Some required module migrations is failed {JPB_MAPPINGS_MIGRATION=SUCCESS, RCM_MIGRATION=SUCCESS, LMS_MIGRATION=FAILED, PMU_MIGRATION=SUCCESS, CDP_MIGRATION=SUCCESS, OMA_MIGRATION=SUCCESS, COC_PORTFOLIO_MIG}
Environment
- SAP SuccessFactors Learning
- SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub
Reproducing the Issue
- Login into SuccessFactors
- Navigate to Admin Center > Tools > Check Tool
- Talent Intelligence Hub > Select > Run
- SAP SuccessFactors Platform is successfully integrated with SAP SuccessFactors Learning and check is successful along with all other steps
- Navigate to Admin Center > Tools > Scheduled Job Manager
- Search for TiH-MigrationJob-StatusLog job name > Select View Details
- It fails with the error
Cause
Locale mismatch between Talent Intelligence Hub and Learning
Resolution
I. Check Attribute Synchronization Error to Identify Missing Locales
- Navigate to Admin Center > Tools > Learning Administration
- Navigate to System Administration > Automatic Processes > Attributes Synchronization
- Locate the Last Execution Result and click on View Errors
- The error message indicates that some locales are not active in Learning: en_DEBUG, ru_RU, en_GB, da_DK, sr_RS, es_ES, zh_CN, fr_FR, de_DE, hu_HU
II. Add the missing locales to Learning to match Talent Intelligence Hub data
- Navigate to Admin Center > Tools > Learning Administration
- Navigate to References > Manage Labels > Locales
- Click on Add New
- Add all the applicable locales.
