3381282 - You are Not Able to Create Multiple Customer Invoices from One Invoice Request

You want to know if it is possible to create multiple invoices from one outbound delivery invoice request.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Customer Invoicing work center.
2. Go to the Invoices Requests view.
3. Select the outbound delivery invoice request ABC. (ABC represents the invoice request ID). Let's say the quantity is 10 ea.
4. You want to partially invoice this invoice request for 5 ea now, and later on create another invoice for the remaining quantity. So you can have more than one customer invoices from one outbound delivery.

It is not possible to change the quantity when invoicing the invoice request. You have to fully invoice it in one customer invoice.

If you want to have multiple customer invoices for this sales transaction, you need to create multiple delivery documents.
