3381301 - State/Province is missing in the CSR generated by script snc_create_pse

Symptom

You are configuring Secure Network Connection (SNC) to set up Cloud Connector for RFC communication to an ABAP backend system.
By executing the interactive setup script 'snc_create_pse', you have generated a CSR file sccCertificateRequest.p10 which is to be signed by your CA.
The State/Province is missing in this CSR.
