3381301 - State/Province is missing in the CSR generated by script snc_create_pse

Symptom

Secure Network Connection (SNC) is configured to set up Cloud Connector for RFC communication to an ABAP backend system.
The interactive setup script 'snc_create_pse' has generated a CSR file sccCertificateRequest.p10 which is to be signed by a Certificate Authority(CA).
The State/Province is missing in this CSR.
