3381375 - Unable to open the link generated from GRDC in another page

1. Open a form from Enter Package Data app;

2. Copy the URL and open it in a new page.

The form cannot be opened with an error: 400 bad request.

Some global parameters are not defined.

No consolidation units in global parameters

1. Input the consolidation unit in app Set Global Parameters

OR

2.  Input the consolidation unit in URL directly, so the form can be used for different units.

For example:

Replace S0QA with another units and open the URL in a new page.
