3381386 - ACTool error - "com.crystaldecisions.sdk.occa.security.internal.LogonService]ensureServiceStub(): failed to obtain logon service for <BO host>:<port>"

Symptom

While running ACTool for BO systems that have Corba SSL enabled, script 2 and script 9 failed with the following errors:

Script 2. BOE - BI 4.0 Note 1653689 Step 8 - Enable Introscope for Java components FAILURE
Script 9. BOE - Enable CSJNI - Update configurations of IntroscopeAgent_CSJNI.profile FAILURE

Errors in ACTool logs:
