3381450 - How to delete a scheduled data package when it no longer exists

Symptom

When a user leaves the company, you find the scheduled data package created by this user is not visible on EPM add-in 'Package Scheduler Status' or backend table UJD_PACKAGE_PLAN. However, the job will start in SM37 and get canceled with error 'Logon of user XXXXX in client YYY failed when starting a step'. You would like to know how to delete or cancel the job permanently.
