3381463 - Error AA303- Unable to save changes in transaction AS02 due to asset deactivation

Symptom

  • Attempting to modify the cost center on the main asset master data in transaction AS02 results in error AA303: "You cannot post to this asset (Asset deactivated)." 
  • This error prevents saving changes for the asset sub number.
