Symptom

Below error encountered during SUM phase VALIDATE-SECURE-STORE-KEY-PHRASE: 

An error occured during the execution of Validate secure store key phrase of action configure.
Service com.sap.sdt.j2ee.services.servicesimpl.SecureStoreService failed with the following message:

Cannot access key phrase.

For more information, see the log file path\SUM\sdt\log\SUM\VALIDATE-SECURE-STORE-KEY-PHRASE.LOG.
