3381501 - Getting error 'Password does not comply to the HDB policy' or 'The password is invalid: Password rules: minimum length is 8; must not be null or empty''

You are getting below error during HANA installation :-

'The password is invalid: Password rules: minimum length is 8; must not be null or empty; must contain at least 1 number; must contain at least 1 upper-case character; must contain at least 1 lower-case character

or 

Password does not comply to the HDB policy

Password Policy Configuration Options , password policy ,minimal_password_length ,password_layout ,Lowercase letter (a-z), Uppercase letter (A-Z)
Numerical digits (0-9),Special characters (underscore (_), hyphen (-), and so on)
 uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, Passwords containing special characters other than underscore must be enclosed in double quotes ("). The SAP HANA studio does this automatically. When a password is enclosed in double quotes ("), any Unicode characters may be used, The password is invalid: Password rules: minimum length is,
