3381507 - Unable to remove SAP Store Tiles in Launchpad

• For SAP Store, it is not possible to permanently hide tiles in Launchpad view.
• It seems to be possible to hide SAP Store tiles via Personalisation. But after leaving the Launchpad and then returning to the view, some tiles are visible again, but without titles.
• Further attempts to remove the tiles just add titles to the tiles and remove them again.
• Issue affects SAP Store only. Tiles in other sections can be easily removed via Personalisation.
• The removal of SAP Store tiles is also not possible via Key User Adaptation.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Open the system
2. Go to Launchapd view
3. Find SAP Store with several tiles
4. Go to Personalisation mode
5. Uncheck the visibility of the tiles 
6. Save and Stop Personalisation mode
7. The tiles are not visible anymore in the UI
8. Open another view in another work center
9. Return to launchpad
10. Some tiles are visible again, now without title
11. Repeat the actions (uncheck them via Personalisation, Save and Stop Personalisation, go to another view and return to launchpad)
12. Some tiles are there again, now with title
13. Repeat the actions (uncheck them via Personalisation, Save and Stop Personalisation, go to another view and return to launchpad)
14. Some tiles are there again, now without title
15. And so on ...

To hide all the tiles under SAP Store, uncheck the whole SAP Store in the Personalisation mode menu.
