3381523 - SAML authentication failed , user not able to login to JAVA portal.

Symptom

User not able to login in Java portal by using SAML authentication, showing login window.

Error in Troubleshooting Wizard (TSHW) traces:
Service Provider could not map the Subject Name ID [user.name@xyz.com] received from Identity Provider 
[https://sts.windows.net<>] to local user account because more than one local users are found by UME attribute: 
namespace = [com.sap.security.core.usermanagement], name = [email].
