3381558 - Reverification did not trigger (expiration date wiped out) - Onboarding 1.0

Symptom

A manager completed a reverification and the expiration date was wiped out - no new reverification was triggered.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

Cause

Expected behavior.

Resolution

In Federal I9 panel, candidate selected List C document and "I9RefugeeOrAsylee" key has a value of "Asylee".

In this case candidate normally won't get "expiration date" to enter the respective values.

So this is expected behavior.

Required?

 

Form I-94 (List C) that contains either:

  • Admission class of “AY”; or
  • Stamp or notation, such as “asylum granted indefinitely” or the appropriate provision of law (8 CFR 274a.12(a)(5) or INA 208)

No passport is needed.

 

Can be presented with any List B identity Document

 

Note: Form I-94 does not expire.
