3381731 - Approvers are not able to see PR details in My Inbox App.

Symptom

While navigating to the My Inbox app, PR approvers discover that they do not have access to PR details in the right-side panel, and all the buttons are absent.

Environment

SAP S/4 HANA Cloud

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access the My Inbox app.

  2. Check for tasks awaiting approval.

  3. Observe that there are tasks for PR approvers to approve.

  4. Attempt to view PR details in the right-side panel.

  5. Notice that PR details are not visible in the right-side panel, indicating an issue.

Cause

Display of Purchase requisition with items of different creation indicators are not supported in My inbox. 

Resolution

The My Inbox App supports the display of PRs along with real-time creation indicators. However, it does not support PRs with items from different creation indicators (e.g., R, S). Creating a PR with all items categorized under "R" or one with all items belonging to "Self-Service Procurement (S)" will prevent this issue from arising.
