3381755 - JamGroupInvitation Template does not support Editor Content

Symptom

User receives default template of JamGroupInvitation even though content has been modified via Launch Editor and "Use Editor Content When Sending Email Notification" is enabled.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to Email Notification Templates and search for JamGroupInvitation template
  2. Click Launch Editor and modify the content
  3. Enable 'Use Editor Content When Sending Email Notification' at the template level
  4. Create an item and add Jam Group to the item
  5. Assign this item to one user
  6. Schedule Automatic Process>Jam Groups Email Notification to run
  7. Check the notification user receives and it is default template

Cause

As confirmed by PM, this is an expected behavior.

Template JamGroupInvitation does not support Editor Content yet since it is integrated with data from Jam.

Resolution

Please use the legacy editor below to customize the notification content.

You can use the label key to search and modify label value as needed.

e.g.: label key="notification.JamGroupInvitation.MessageText0"
