3381763 - The error message "Unable to create data; creation is currently disabled" is displayed when attempting to send a request through the Web Service

When attempting to execute an action using SOAPUI and sending the request, an error message is received stating, "Creating data is currently disabled; creation is not possible."

1. Launch SOAPUI
2. Navigate to the "File" menu
3. Choose "New SOAP Project" from the dropdown
4. Import the initial WSDL file by clicking on "Import WSDL"
5. Expand the "binding" section
6. Expand the "MaintainBundle" subsection
7. Double-click on the "Request" option
8. Attach the payload by inserting it into the designated attachments area
9. Enter the login user information
10. Click on the green icon labeled "Submit request"

Review the results and look for the error message: "Creating data not possible; creation disabled"

This error message will be triggered when there is an issue with the payload or when the payload contains insufficient data.
