Symptom
onSave rules do not trigger in Pay Component Non Recurring when Pay Component is created in Pay Component Non Recurring / One Time Payment portlet via benefit claim.

Reproducing the Issue
- Claim a reimbursement benefit which has Integration mode = Pay Components.
- Once claim is approved or completed, the relevant Pay Component (as configured in Benefit Payment Options) is created in Pay Component Non Recurring.
- But we notice that the onSave rules in the Pay Component Non Recurring are not triggered and hence not captured in rule trace either.
PS: Centralized services switch <Enable Centralized Services for Integrations with Employee Central Compensation> has no relevance on reproduction of this issue.
Cause
Code limitation.
Resolution
Enhancement is being carried out via engineering ticket #BEN-14767 and the same can be checked for in release information for availability or quoted to support/support hotline to know on latest progress of the enhancement.
