What are different error/warning messages in Lifecycle Analysis Runs?

1. RFC exception SYSTEM_FAILURE : This happens when Remote system failure occurs and there can be n numbers of reasons which may cause this. Like some temporary system issue, locks on objects being accessed, memory issue etc.
2. Warning for missing documents : If there are no related documents so you cannot decide when to delete the document and it is correct behavior. The application team with respect to that document can be contacted to know more.
3. Warnings issued in header, but no warnings in log visible : To check any kind of messages please refer the result tab. This behavior is as expected and comes from MDRO framework. 
4. Error 12 occurred during lifecycle analysis; please create an incident : This error is thrown by MDRO framework while performing ILM process determination. Now '12' is just an error code and system might through various error codes and there can be n numbers of reasons which may causing this like some internal error, infinite loop etc. To put a finger on the reason is quite difficult, it requires deep analysis and debugging to find main cause which is difficult if the error is not persistent indeed.
