3381906 - Formatted Text not Applied on Sales Quote PDF file

Symptom

User has configured the Sales Quote PDF file, but the formatted texts are not applied. The external notes are printed as plain text instead of formatted text.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

Go to Sales work center
Go to Sales Quote view.
Select Sales Quote ABC
Select Actions
Select Preview

Observe the preview doesn't show the formatted text correctly.

Cause

Tags are not supported by ADS to display the formatted text.

Resolution

To display the formatted text the user have to follow the prerequisite by making the filed as 'Rich Text' in ALD then upload the template in Form Template Maintenance to convert the tags that are not supported by ADS for formatted text.
