Symptom

The following error message occurs in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC):

  • "An error occurred while fetching members for this dimension." - when you try to apply filter values in the query builder panel.
  • "An internal server error occurred in the SAP Analytics Cloud agent: Error: Provider Selection Object: Initialization Issue." - when you try to save the new query in SAC without the filters.
