3382021 - [Onboarding] Re-Initiate Onboarding for Cancelled record does not land into Rehire Verification

• Rehire Verification is not triggered for the cancelled records. 

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Cancel onboarding process for the candidate
2. Go to Recruiting
3. Initiate onboarding again for the candidate from a different Job req
4. Rehire verification is not triggered.

• Cancelled onboardee with start date in future is shown in rehire verification only in second rehire check.
• Cancelled onboardee with start date in past is shown in both first and second rehire check.
• If the cancelled onboardee start date is in future and same email address being used to re-initiate the onboarding, then the cancelled onboardee user is activated again and the same person Id is used.
• If we want to test rehire match for cancelled onboardee with start date in future, we need to re-initiate onboarding with different email Id and then based on hire/rehire configuration, cancelled onboardee with start date in future will be shown as rehire match in second rehire verification (Onboarding rehire verification).
• This is the expected behavior and by design.
