3382103 - New Recruit/Rehire UI "Rule context" is not respected for Add Concurrent Employment UI

• The "Rule Context" is set to > No in BCUI for New Recruit/Rehire UI however the business rule still triggers in the "Add Concurrent Employment" UI.
• The expectation is Add Concurrent Employment UI will be covered by the same as there is no separate Rule Context for Concurrent Employment Hire UI. 

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Add Concurrent Employment

1. Configure an onChange/onSave business rule to set values for certain fields in the jobInfo element
2. Assign the rule to jobInfo element
3. Set the 'Rule Context' to 'No' for New Recruit/Rehire UI
4. Navigate to Add Concurrent Employment > Process a hire
5. See the rule is triggered and setting the values as per the rule definition

• The "Add Concurrent Employment" UI is not covered under the New Hire/Rehire UI Rule Context. This is a Product gap.

• Engineering has raised an internal ticket to cover this gap in future release however there is no any tentative timeline or estimated date for the fix. This needs a discussion with the Product Manager for approval to consider this in the future roadmap.
