3382103 - "New Hire/Rehire UI" Rule context is not respected in Add Concurrent Employment UI

• The Rule Context "New Hire/Rehire UI" is set to > No in BCUI however the business rule still triggers in the "Add Concurrent Employment" UI. 
• The expectation is Add Concurrent Employment UI will be covered by the same as there is no separate Rule Context for Concurrent Employment Hire UI.

1. Configure an onChange/onSave business rule to set values for certain fields in the jobInfo element
2. Assign the rule to jobInfo element
3. Set the 'Rule Context' to 'No' for New Recruit/Rehire UI
4. Navigate to Add Concurrent Employment > Process a hire
5. See the rule is triggered and setting the values as per the rule definition

The "Add Concurrent Employment" UI is not covered under the "New Hire/Rehire UI" Rule Context.

Engineering has covered this gap in 2405 release with ECT-220728 and Rule Context for Concurrent Employment is now covered by "Edit UI (MSS/ESS)" rather than "New Hire/Rehire UI" Rule Context.
