3382135 - Cloud Integration SFTP adapter honor the starting directory option of sftp-server

When testing SFTP Connectivity with "Check Directory Access" options, the file list retrieved from "/" home directory seems incorrect.

eg.  there are three directories under sftp home directory:

/
├───dir1
├───dir2
└───startingdir
             file_in_starting_dir

expected results:
