3382147 - Time Valuation requires Valuation Method

When creating a new time valuation, system requires to provide a valuation method, what was not needed in the past.
Also changes to existing ones cannot be performed anymore without assigning a valuation method.
Error message appears:  "Please choose a valuation method."

Scenario 1: Create new Time Valuation

1) Creating a new Time Valuation in Manage Data
2) Select "Deduct Group from Input Groups " as Valuation Type
3) Filling out all required fields, but leaving Valuation Method empty
4) When saving system error appears, saying "Please choose a valuation method."

Scenario 2: Edit existing Time Valuation

1) Try to edit an existing Time Valuation where Valuation Type: Deduct Group from Input Groups and Valuation Method: No Selection.
2) Then try to modify this time valuation leaving the Valuation Method empty, same error message appeared: "Please choose a valuation method."

Previously by default Valuation Method was set as Valuate per day, however it was not shown before.
In case customers, have an existing time valuation, please choose Valuation Method: Valuate per day.

More info on Valuation Methods:

1) Select Valuate Per Day if you want time valuation to be carried out on a daily basis.
2) Select Valuate Whole Sheet if you want time valuation done for the whole time sheet, which means on a weekly basis.
3) Select Valuate Up To Today if you want time valuation to be carried out on a daily basis, but want it to stop as of today.
