3382203 - Rule scenario "Define Insurance Rates" limitations - Employee Central

When creating a new business rule under Benefits Management, the scenario "Define Insurance Rates" is available for setting up different rates based on derived fields as well custom fields.

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• SAP SuccessFactors Benefits Management

This business rule scenario has the follow limitations per design:

• The only "then-action" supported is "Set"
• The following "then-actions" are not supported:
  • Raise Message
  • Create
  • Delete
  • Add To
  • Execute
• It does not support triggering all existing events/alerts in "then" part
• It does not support scenario-specific rule functions 
• Rule function "Lookup()" is not available
