3382211 - Manager is receiving 500 Internal Server Error when attempting to access the UAR request

While attempting to access the UAR request, the manager is getting the error below:

500 Internal Server Error
Access using a 'ZERO' object reference is not possible.

and get this ABAP dump error:

The termination occurred in ABAP program or include
 "/1BCWDY/LBYBLTHRIMRYU9LU1DW3==CP", in "WDDOINIT".

In the source code, the termination point is in line 1162 of  program or
include "/1BCWDY/B_LBYBLTHRIMRYU9OUU6CW".

Canceled in a Web Dynpro application.
