Symptom

The file sender channel is unable to retrieve files from the FTP server, and you are receiving the error shown below:

An error occurred while connecting to the FTP server 'XXX.XXX.XX.XX:XX'. The FTP server returned the following error message: 'com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: com.sap.aii.adapter.file.ftp.FTPEx: 530 Unexpected reply 
codeAuthentication Failed!!!'. For details, contact your FTP server vendor. Retry interval started. Length: XXX.X seconds
