3382254 - Failed datahub pulications due to high error count

Symptom

Datahub publications are failing prematurely with a lot of errors. Similar errors are reported in the logs:

ERROR [TaskExecutor-master-293-Task [8796357624758]] (0000068A) [ImpExImportJob] Cannot resolve any more lines ... Aborting further passes (at pass 2). Finally could not import 32000 lines!
ERROR [TaskExecutor-master-293-Task [8796357624758]] [DefaultImportService] Import has caused an error, see logs of cronjob with code=0000068A for further details
ERROR [TaskExecutor-master-293-Task [8796357624758]] [DefaultItemImportFacade] Target System Publication 5 has failed because the number of errors exceeds the configured threshold of 10000 errors.
