3382644 - How to avoid "About:blank" Edge browser window using Webview2 runtime without SAP GUI Connector for Edge

Symptom

It might be desired to use only Webview2 without installing/activating SAP GUI Connector for Edge, but without this feature the native Microsoft Edge browser will open together with WebView2 as an "About:blank" browser window when a web-based application is used. This might be an unwanted behavior for some users.
