Symptom

Log Backup is failing with the below error
Error during log segment backup: exception 1: no.3040028 (DataAccess/DataRecovery/impl/LogSegment.cpp:4616) TID: 8634
Log segment file 'logsegment_000_000000XX.dat' is too small: Expected at least 'xxxx' bytes, actual size is 'xxxx' bytes
