Resolution
As a part of our continuous improvement effort and further support of the whole self model, SAP SuccessFactors is replacing legacy competency management and the center of capabilities by upgrading customers to the new talent intelligence hub framework.The Customer should have been part of the migration and received an email about it.Similar to the below attached.
If any questions, customer can reach out to their Account manager (CSP) or the following DL: SAP_Talent_Intelligence_Hub_Upgrade@sap.com. Please note that this Upgrade cannot be reverted.
