3382681 - Carryforward entries missing from IFIJRNLENTOPV (Journal Entry Operational View)

Symptom

You are exposing your data to the standard  DDL source I_JournalEntryOperationalView (Journal Entry Operational View).
In transaction SE11 you can find view IFIJRNLENTOPV which selects data from ACDOCA and joins fields from table BSEG and BSEG_ADD. However it doesn't contain balance carryforward items despite entries exists in ACDOCA.
