Error message is appearing once user tries to Cancel Onboarding: 

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Go to onboarding dashboard > search for candidate
2. Action > Cancel onboarding
3. See error pop-up: [COE0018]The cancellation request for new hire xxxx has failed. Please contact your administrator.

All following fields must be enabled in Manage Business Configuration > Employment Info: userId, eventReason, okToRehire, endDate, personIDExternal

When an onboarding process is cancelled, the system sends a No Show request to Employee Central through an API call. The integration passes the following static fields:

• userId
• eventReason
• okToRehire
• endDate
• personIDExternal

The field okToRehire is mandatory for the API request. If the okToRehire flag is not enabled or configured, the API cannot process the value for this field correctly.

As per the current product design, cancellation of an onboarding process before Manage Pending Hires (MPH) will not work unless the okToRehire flag is enabled.

To resolve the issue, ensure that the okToRehire field is enabled and properly configured in Employee Central before attempting to cancel the onboarding process.
