Error message is appearing once user tries to Cancel Onboarding: "[COE0018]The cancellation request for new recruit 12345 has failed. Please contact your administrator."

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

All following fields must be enabled in Manage Business Configuration > Employment Info: userId, eventReason, okToRehire, endDate, personIDExternal

Any cancellation from onboarding will send a No Show request to EC by passing following static fields to API. userId, eventReason, okToRehire, endDate, personIDExternal

For example if "okToRehire" flag is not enabled, API is not able to understand the value for field "okToRehire". As per current design, cancel onboarding process integration before MPH will not work without okToRehire flag enabled.
