3382731 - User interface performance improvements for supplier management pages through content network delivery of static UI elements

This feature introduces performance improvements for user interface pages in the supplier management application (including the Supplier Management dashboard and SM Administration) by storing static user interface elements on a content delivery network so that users accessing those pages download those resources from a physically nearby location, minimizing latency.

This change has the potential to impact customers of the following SAP Ariba solutions:

• SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle and Performance and SAP Ariba Supplier Information and Performance Management (new architecture), which use both the Supplier Management dashboard and SM Administration
• SAP Ariba Supplier Risk, which uses certain common supplier profile and modular questionnaire pages, as well as certain areas of SM Administration
• SAP procurement solution customers with the guided buying capability, which uses certain areas of SM Administration
