3382801 - Charge Calculation in Freight Order fails and does not return value for scale items

Symptom

In SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM), charge calculation on the Freight Order/ Booking fails and does not return a value for scale items. The issue usually occurs after SP upgrade.
Scale items are blank in calculation rule.

These errors can also be seen:

  • No matching scale item found for rate fetch scale value &1 in scale &2 (/SCMTMS/TCC_HL_MSG 837)
  • Unable to retrieve the scale item for scales of rate table &1 (/SCMTMS/TCC_HL_MSG 303, 322)
