3382820 - Error: “Hierarchy Tree for Org Unit XYZ Edited by Other User XYZ”

Not able to create users when multiple administrators are logged in at the same time.
Error: “Hierarchy tree for org unit XYZ edited by other user XYZ"

• SAP Cloud for Customer

It will be required to open two different browsers at the same time. Once the error occurs when two Admins try to edit different employees simultaneously.  

Login with two different user, both with admin role.

After login:
1. Go to the 'Administrator' work center, and then click on 'Employees’'
2. Click on edit. 
Result: Error "Hierarchy tree for org unit XYZ edited by other user XYZ”

When working on the ORG Model, the WHOLE hierarchy is locked as otherwise (there's no staging of changes with later activation!) concurrent changes might lead to inconsistencies.

This cannot be changed and is a technical restriction.
