Resolution
I. Upgrade to Latest CPM was completed before the 2H2023 release
Customers who upgraded to Latest CPM before the 2H2023 release will not have the rollback option available. This option is only available to customers who were pushed to Latest CPM with the 2H2023 release.
II. The rollback was already processed in the environment
The rollback can be completed once in each environment, and it will no longer show in Upgrade Center. Please review
III. The upgrade to Latest CPM was completed manually
Once you’ve chosen to manually upgrade to the latest version, the option to rollback is no longer available. Please review Using Continuous Performance Management - Getting Started with the Latest Version of Continuous Performance Management to configure settings and permissions.
IV. The 30 day opt-out window has expired
The rollback MUST be completed:
- In Preview within 30 days of the Preview release
- In Production within 30 days of the Production release
Once the 30 day window has passed, the option to rollback will not be available in Upgrade Center. Please review Using Continuous Performance Management - Getting Started with the Latest Version of Continuous Performance Management to configure settings and permissions.
