This KB article intends to explain how to set up subscriptions and notifications for topics in SAP Community.

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

SAP SuccessFactors Community was migrated to SAP Community under Human Experience Management (HXM) area.

All new question and answer activity is housed in Human Experience Management (HXM) Q&A, where they are public and searchable. You can subscribe to receive notifications for your topics of interest or for all the posts and answers made in HXM Q&A.

Product Q&A (Forum) Subscription

1. In SAP SuccessFactors topic page, click to expand "All SAP SuccessFactors Products";
   
   
   
   
2. Click on the product page you want to subscribe for;
   
   
   
   
3. Click on the link for the topic Q&A (Forum) posts;
   
   
   
   
4. Click on "Subscribe" button;
   
   

All the questions with that Associated Product linked to it will be listed in the Q&A link found in the Product page. You will be notified on questions and answers linked to that Associated Product.

HXM Q&A (Forum) Subscription

If you want to receive notifications for all questions and answers posted in HXM Q&A, you can go directly to Human Experience Management Q&A and click on "Options" then "Subscribe".

Notifications Settings

You can set up your notifications settings, including the email format you will be receiving.

1. On the top right corner, open your profile icon;
2. Select "My Account";
3. Click on Account & Settings and then "Communications";
   
   
   
   
4. You can select what notifications you would like to receive, the format (Inbox and/or Email) and the language.
