3383133 - DRTM Purge Requests not copied to target instance post refresh - Recruiting Management

An instance refresh was performed from source to target but the DRTM Inactive Candidate Purge and/or DRTM Inactive Application Purge requests in Data Retention Management was not copied over from source to target instance.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. In Source instance go to Admin Center > Data Retention Management > Manual Data Purge and note there is a DRTM Inactive Candidate Purge and/or DRTM Inactive Application Purge request(s)
2. Perform an instance refresh
3. In Target instance go to Admin Center > Data Retention Management > Manual Data Purge and note these purge requests are not there

This is expected behaviour as confirmed by the Platform team. After b2005 release, to process job data automatically based on the configuration, certain jobs are deleted, copied, or restored to the target instance. Instance Refresh Tool will COPY/RESTORE all the jobs that have been marked as COPY/RESTORE in the codebase and the DRTM Inactive Application/Candidate Purge jobs are not listed as one of these jobs.
