3383190 - AS Java Job Scheduler - JMSException: ConnectionInfo with connectionId doesn't exists - No messages will be delivered

Symptom

Java scheduler is hanging or has some other issue. You have implemented KBA 3383092 to find out the root exception and defaultTrace shows the following entries:
